About the Role
As a Product Engineer at PVS, you will be the key link between our engineering teams, production and the user. Your role will be critical in managing the entire product development lifecycle, from initial idea and concept to mass production and market introduction. You will work closely with R&D, production, and other stakeholders to ensure technical excellence and successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical development of our professional and industrial AV product portfolio, guiding products through the entire lifecycle from ideation to mass production and market launch.
- Collaborate deeply with engineering teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring alignment between design, development, and production.
- Act as the main liaison between R&D, production, and order processing, ensuring smooth communication and execution of the product development process.
- Manage and maintain accurate product data within PLM and ERP systems, ensuring technical specifications and commercial information are always up to date and reliable.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during development, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive solutions.
- Continuously track and analyze product performance, identifying opportunities for new concepts and improvements
What are the expectations for employment?
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a technical or engineering role, preferably within the AV or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of ERP and PLM systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proactive, resilient, and adaptable, with a strong ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- A collaborative spirit and a commitment to team success, coupled with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
