And we’re excited to announce that we’re looking for a talented Service Engineer to join our dynamic, transparent, fun and collaborative team!
As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for repairing defective audio products. You play a crucial role in helping to prepare service manuals for our distribution network. We offer you the chance to look for the cause yourself and together make our products around the world more sustainable than ever. For new product developments, you will be involved in sustainability testing (both software and hardware) from the start.
You will also be responsible for any rework on our incoming audio products. As a Service Engineer you get the opportunity to think along with and work closely together with our R&D and test & validation teams about how certain functionalities are built into our applications or hardware products.
What are the expectations for employment?
- You have a good knowledge of electronics (digital and analog)
- You have a good knowledge of networks
- You are fluent in Dutch and English
- You are stress resistant, flexible, communicative and can work autonomously
- You have a good team spirit
- You work orderly, precise and have good organizational skills
- You have a bachelor’s degree with electronics knowledge or have an A2 diploma with experience in a similar function
- You have minimum 2 years of experience in customer support within a technical area
- You have a basic knowledge of audio
- You are in possession of a driving license B
