New Atellio family firmware & AUDAC Touch 2.14 update

We have released exciting new firmware updates

We’re introducing a new round of firmware and software updates across the Atellio and Consenso families, together with the latest version of AUDAC Touch™. This release focuses on what matters most in installations and integrations: faster control, clearer system feedback, and improved stability across your entire setup.

LUNA Series: Firmware update 1.6.2
New Features (in combination with AUDAC Touch™ version 2.14.0):

• Events can now be triggered from a dashboard widget and from the event overview screen.
• Events can now be enabled and disabled from the event overview screen.
• Added Link layer discovery protocol (LLDP) for network monitoring.

Improvements:

• Scenes are automatically detected and communicated as a routing when the current mixer status matches a scene.
• Improved VoiceFile player stability. In some rare conditions the VoiceFile player could crash. 

How to update:

• You can easily perform these updates over-the-air either directly on the device using the interface or through AUDAC Touch™ when on the same network. The LUNA series requires an internet connection to perform OTA.

ANM88: Firmware update 1.7.0
Changes:

• In Redundant mode the Luna OS had access to both Primary and Secondary ports which resulted in Linux hopping between networks and IP addresses. Now the OS is assigned to the Primary port only. Redundancy is only for audio and not for control.
• Split mode made the LUNA-U undiscoverable by AUDAC Touch. The option is removed, this will be handled by a specific Netgear profile that will support split mode.

Bug fixes:

• Linux hopping between networks in Redundant mode.

Includes:

• Dante firmware 4.2.8.2 for Brooklyn II versions.
• Dante firmware 4.3.0.6 for Brooklyn III versions.

How to update:

• The update is available in Dante controller.

NCP105: Firmware update 1.3.0

New Features (in combination with AUDAC Touch™ version 2.14.0):

• Brightness of display LEDS can now be adjusted from AUDAC Touch™

How to update:

• This update can be performed through AUDAC Touch™ when on the same network.

NWP Series: Firmware update 1.4.0

New Features (in combination with AUDAC Touch™ version 2.14.0):

• Devices can now also be identified from AUDAC Touch™ device list, previously it was only possible from Dante Controller. 

How to update:

• This update can be performed through AUDAC Touch™ when on the same network.

AUDAC Touch: Firmware update 2.14.0

New features:

• Event triggering from dashboards: Events can now be triggered with a dashboard button.
• Event management from the Events overview: Events can be triggered, enabled or disabled directly from the Events overview page.
• Enhanced slider input: Slider values can now be entered by typing the value. 
  Identify function for NWP series: Added support for the Identify function on NWP series devices.
• Extended NCP105 configuration options: LED brightness level and standby time can now be configured for NCP105 devices 
• Improved navigation and device settings layout:
  • The main navigation menu can now be pinned to remain permanently visible, while staying expandable and collapsible.
  • The device settings menu has been moved to the top of the screen and is now displayed horizontally.

Improvements:

• Improved connection stability with legacy devices.
• Minor user interface refinements.

Bug fixes:

• Snapshot routing issue resolved: Fixed an issue where applying a snapshot with routing caused all volumes to be set to the minimum value. Mixer volumes and routing can no longer be modified simultaneously to prevent this behavior.

IMP40: Firmware update 1.2.3
Improvements:

• Updated radio station database to 26.01.22

Bug fixes:

• Sometimes there was audio distortion with stream servers that used “chunked transfer encoding”. Chunk detection is improved to avoid chunk sync issues.

How to update:

• The update is available via AUDAC System Manager.

NMP40: Firmware update 1.5.7
Improvements:

• Disabled automatic OS updates, this could cause stability issues. All OS updates are now managed, tested and then rolled out.

Bug fixes:

• Sometimes there were audio ticks noticeable, this was due to a SYB update. Improved audio buffer sizes to cover this.
• Spotify volumes were not always stored correctly, this caused the Spotify volume to be at a random value after power-up.

How to update:

• The update happens automatically over-the-air.

SMA/Q & PMQ: Firmware update 2.3.0
Improvements:

• Added output channel standby indication on the device's screen. Output channels in standby are now indicated in orange on the device display. Selected channels are always indicated in green, even if they are in standby.
• Virtual processing zones can be used locally on the amplifier outputs without the need for an ANI44XT. This way two or more local amplifier outputs can form a virtual zone.
• Added EQ filter types indication on the EQ screen of the device. See the updated manual for abbreviations.
• Device updates are disabled when the device is locked (Requires an Admin unlock to proceed).

Changes:

• UDP command replies (ACK/NACK) will reply on the same port as received (source port) instead of static 8711 on unicast communication. Replying on 8711 was causing firewall communication issues.
• SPF files need to be device-specific, these can be made in AUDAC Touch. Non-device-specific SPF files can no longer be loaded.
• Limiter settings in speaker filters can no longer overrule the maximum device power limiter.

Bug fixes:

• Devices in link-local mode incorrectly reported themselves as offline and were not available in the Touch interface (Requires ANI firmware v1.2.1).
• Filenames of USB files starting with a '0' were detected as folders.

• The update is available via AUDAC System Manager.

ANI44XT: Firmware update 1.2.1
Bug fixes:

• Devices in link-local mode incorrectly reported themselves as offline and were not available in the Touch interface (Requires SMA/Q & PMQ firmware 2.3.0).

How to update:

• The update file is available on the AUDAC website.
