The AUDAC approach

Our AUDAC brand belongs to the family-owned company PVS in Hasselt, Belgium. An identity that is not only a reality at our management level but also a corporate philosophy that is pursued every day to make our people feel at home in the company.

Due to our enormous diversity and specialty at department level, we can adapt ourselves extremely quickly to the market. The short management lines ensure that we can work very effectively, creating a healthy mix between personal and group objectives.

Our working environment

Our "Crazy Fridays" are an initiative we organise every 8 weeks for our staff to dine in a fun setting. Once a year we also host a themed party where everyone has to come in a certain dress code accompanied by a relaxing activity. In 2019 for example, we organised a "Fluo party”. This promotes our teamwork and turns us into a veritable squad.

In addition, we offer our employees the opportunity to play table football together during their lunch break and on weekly base, we also take lunch together at Elzart Molen, a restaurant located nearby our facilities.

AUDAC enthusiast - Stijn - Product manager

Stijn

One of our Audac Enthusiasts is Stijn, Product Manager of the Audac brand. He has been working for our company for 12 years now and has many great moments to remember : "Presenting and hearing the positive feedback from customers are always the moments that give us the most energy."

Stijn graduated in electronics from the University of Hasselt and later started working at PVS, where he still continuously contributes to the expansion of the product range. His tasks are the daily tracking of the supply chain, as well as supporting the development of new products in the R&D department.

Vicky

Another experienced colleague is Vicky, from our logistics department. Together with her team, she is responsible for the daily service and planning of warehousing, transportation, logistics administration and customs.

Immediately after her studies in logistics management she found her way to our company PVS, where she is still working with great energy today. In over 18 years, she has mastered many new challenges. One she still loves to talk about today was the transfer of the warehouse in 2017.

Anita

Anita is our further veteran team member, employed in the accountants' department. She manages the payroll of her colleagues, as well as the input calculations, VAT declarations, and so on. With a passion for accounting, she applied to PVS in 2018 and was directly hired. Besides her job, Anita is a big rock fan, especially of Bruce Springsteen. She has already seen some of his live concerts and can highly recommend them.

Her most special moment yet at PVS was the 35th anniversary celebration and she is already looking forward to the next jubilee in 2023.

Simon

Simon joined PVS in 2018 on the technical department.

With great passion for development yet not so much experience within the pro audio market, Simon started at the technical department of PVS. This gave him the chance to gain knowledge in the audio industry first which then made it easy for him to move up to the R&D team. Today Simon is very happy to have had this opportunity in which AUDAC supported him in his learning process.
