PVS, a leading manufacturer of audiovisual solutions under the brand names PROCAB, AUDAC, and CAYMON, is looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Service & Rework Coordinator/Administrator to strengthen our dynamic and collaborative team. What does the role involve?
As a Service & Rework Coordinator/Administrator, you are responsible for the core administration of the Support department. You process incoming and outgoing RMAs and continuously monitor lead times. You manage demo and liquidation items and ensure that returns and service requests are handled correctly, keeping all administrative processes running smoothly. In addition to being a key internal link between various departments (service, logistics, QC), you act as a second-line point of contact for telephone customer support and incoming support requests.
What will you do?
- Coordinate rework/assembly activities
- Process incoming and outgoing RMAs
- RMA administration and follow-up of lead times
- Prepare repairs and logistical transfers between departments
- Stock management: spare parts, demo, and liquidation items
- Manage pickings and export labeling
- Report QC issues via the JIRA platform
- Act as a second-line contact for telephone support and the CRM queue
What are the expectations for employment?
- You have a strong technical background – knowledge of electronics is a must
- You are hands-on and able to work independently
- You have relevant experience in administration and/or service
- You can work with Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- You have a strong sense of planning, structure, and responsibility
- You are communicative, customer-oriented, and have good language skills (NL/ENG – FR is a plus)
- You are a true team player with a healthy dose of assertiveness
