Less than an hour from Bucharest, near the town of Ploiești, lies Phoenix Riders, one of the most ambitious and modern equestrian centers in Eastern Europe. With its world-class competition arenas, VIP zones, hospitality areas, and training facilities for international athletes, the venue is setting a new standard in European equestrian sports.
To ensure that every sound, from competition commentary to background music, resonates with clarity and precision, Audiovision was entrusted with the design and implementation of a complete AUDAC sound system.
Spanning over 20,000 m², Phoenix Riders is already a large-scale facility yet this is just the beginning. The center is rapidly expanding toward a final footprint of 150,000 m², including grandstands, restaurants, additional competition stables, and a second outdoor arena.
Phoenix Riders combines high-energy sporting events with elegant hospitality experiences. To meet the diverse audio requirements of each area, Audiovision implemented a carefully zoned sound system using AUDAC’s versatile loudspeaker ranges.
To complement the extensive loudspeaker setup, the system integrates an AUDAC XMP44 modular audio system. This flexible multi-source player provides a complete solution for managing different types of audio throughout the venue. Equipped with NMP40, MMP40, BMP40, and IMP40 modules, the XMP44 offers streaming capabilities, media playback, Bluetooth connectivity, and internet radio options.
Each space benefits from tailored sound distribution whether it’s delivering precise commentary during international competitions or creating a relaxing atmosphere in the leisure areas.
