Van der Valk Spa blends luxury accommodation with restaurant service, bar culture, conference hosting, and outdoor dining, all within the natural calm of the Spa region. To support this variety of guest experiences, the hotel required an audio system that remains discreet during quiet moments yet can deliver presence and warmth when the atmosphere rises.
House of Experts designed and integrated a complete AUDAC installation built around the LUNA-F network audio matrix, creating a single backbone for all music distribution across the lobby, bar, restaurant, meeting rooms, bistro, terrace, and public facilities. The LUNA-F manages all routing, level optimisation, and zone transitions, ensuring that ambience remains consistent throughout the building without disturbing guest comfort.
More than sixty CIRA ceiling loudspeakers were distributed across the hotel to deliver a uniform listening experience without drawing visual attention. The use of paintable GLI grilles allowed every loudspeaker to blend seamlessly into ceilings and lighting lines, preserving Van der Valk’s interior finishes. In the bar, restaurant, and terrace, the system is reinforced with VEXO108 and VEXO208 loudspeakers and BASO low-frequency support to create a warm and full sound signature. Additional refinement in selected areas is provided through the ATEO Series, offering a clean architectural look with detailed audio reproduction.
For daily use, staff operate the system via AUDAC Touch and local NWP wall panels. These panels are positioned in key service areas and allow immediate adjustments to volume, source selection, and local mixing. During private dinners, corporate gatherings, or hosted receptions, NWP panels also provide direct event input and output access, letting a presenter, DJ, or live musician connect without interfering with the rest of the hotel’s zones.
With the combination of a flexible Dante-based core, discreet visual integration, and effortless zone control, Van der Valk Spa now offers an audio experience that adapts to every moment of the day from breakfast ambience in the lobby to evening atmosphere on the terrace without ever disrupting the serenity associated with Spa’s hospitality tradition.
