International Sales & Business Development Manager in Stevoort

Which function needs to be occupied?

As an International Sales & Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive the company's international sales growth and identify and exploit new business opportunities. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive global market penetration and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in international sales and business development, a strategic mindset and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will build a strong relationship with customers and all types of key decision makers.
  • You will bring our brands to the next level through your analytical skills and strategic insights.
  • On regular basis you have business reviews and reporting with your customers, together you define actions based on the results and analysis.
  • You optimize the relationship with key customers while identifying new business and market opportunities on an international level to support short and long-term growth.
  • You develop and manage a team by ensuring that you support them in their growth trajectory within their role.
  • You drive fast introduction and launch of new products.  
  • You train distributors on new and existing product portfolios.  
  • You collaborate with various internal teams (Marketing, Product, Support) to tailor products and services to international market needs. 

Territory: 

Within this role, you will be responsible for further building and developing the business worldwide together with the sales team and have a dedicated sales focus for the US market. Your responsibilities could also include the development of the BeLux market.

  • You have a good technical knowledge (electronics and network technology).

  • Experience within sales in US region is a big asset.
  • You are stress resistant, flexible, can work autonomously and are willing to go the extra mile.
  • You poses good communication skills and are aware of the importance of good stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of the audio-visual market and a good view on the competition would be a strong asset.
  • You have a strong affinity with marketing.
  • You speak fluent English.
  • You have a bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with CRM, POWER BI and good knowledge Office is a great asset.
